3.0L dyno - Odd Curves

I have an '81 3.0 with CIS, SSI's, and a Dansk 2-into-1 sport muffler. After the engine was rebuilt (not by me) it was dyno'd, with the follwoing results:

The flat spot between 2400-2900 rpm looks odd
The A/F ratio looks high - I've read elswhere on this board it should be around 12.5?
The peaks look low for this engine - I was expecting at least the 180hp claimed by the factory.
Aside from adjusting the A/F ratio, any ideas of other things to check?
Thanks

Jason,

Your AFR's look too lean to me and you'll need to richen that up.

I would also look at your distributor and make sure its working correctly. A re-curve works wonders,...

Factory spec is crankshaft hp, 157 at the wheels would be higher than 180 crank. Stock 81 SC power peak was 5500 rpm (5900 ROW), that run ends at 5K.

If he had pulled to the red line and not stopped at 5000 rpm you would have been close.
The fuelling below 3200 rpm is way too lean but only slightly lean above that.
