If the sway bar is squeaking then the bushes are shot. New rubber ones are cheap. They could be the hard plastic type which is why they are making noise and the rubber factory bushings work fine. Getting the bar out is easier than reinstalling. There are a number of methods, which you can search on and find the method that works best for your level of skill. To remove, lube the bushings and get your foot on one side of the bar near the a-arm and push.....hard! Reinserting can be as easy as inserting one end of the bar first a little farther than necessary and then, with massive biceps, pull the other end into the bushing without pushing the bushing out of the a arm (BTDT). Or you can lower one a-arm, insert the bar and reattach the a arm.
Do yourself a favor and search the threads for tips, pictures and other methods.
