81 sc in 79 swap running problem

i have a 81 sc motor with emissions in my 79 sc non emissions with no computer. runs fine but seems to lack power. do i need a computer? i think there is a way to jump two wires on the harness but im not sure.

needs a computer to run the frequency valve, which would include the complete O2 sensor wire loom, relay, etc. or use a 78/79 fuel distributor and warmup regulator.
