Early 2.0 heads
I was going through 50+ years accumulation of parts and found 3 2.0 heads.
All three are marked with 901 104 303 04 and K1819b. The casting dates are: 64-9, 1-65, and 64-11. I want to know if they have any value and possibly the best way to sell them. Thanks Charlie |

They are worth the most to someone restoring a 2.0 liter 911. They are too small and the valve angle is worse for performance applications. 2.2, 2.4, 2.7, etc. heads are better.

Are the heads assembled with valves & springs?
If so, disassemble keeping everything in place. Clean them to best possible, just shy of media blasting. Inspect for damage, cracks, etc. Most important is to accurately describe their condition. Take some good images from many angles. Post on the Pelican Parts-for-sale forum. and EarlyS For Sale/Wanted: 911 Parts The only ‘market’ for these is for someone restoring a 911 engine built in ’65 and needing a head. There are lots of 2-liter heads not attached to engines. It is worth the positive karma to find the right person who needs these. Best, Grady
