Porsche Crest Carrera RS: Thank you Guys

By way of thanks to all those on Pelican for helping me achieve this result:

I will be taking her out for a maiden run with the PCA:
Saturday Feb. 19, 2011

Rain or Shine!!! Fun Run through the mountains (on many newly paved roads!) culminating in late breakfast at Paradise Cove Cafe!!!!

Details:

Date:- Saturday February 19, 2011
Where:- at Taft High School at 8:30am for an 9:15 (ish) departure.
What:- Fun Run through Santa Monica Mountains ending up at the Paradise Beach Cove Cafe for breakfast.
Cost: FREE reserved parking at Paradise Cove, cost of your breakfast, + $10 PCA car fee

have I missed something??
what rocker panel do you want changed??
the color is light yellow, looks darker in the photos than it really is I think off hand the paint code is 117 but will check...

Sorry my mistake, never mind. From a quick glance, your side rubber strip looks like the impact bumper ones. Now I can see there is a chrome strip on top of the rubber. BTW, where did you get all the parts? One day I may want to do the same. TIA...

but here is a picture of ol' #97,
touring spec,
small wheels and no stripes, talk about understatement..................
as delivered new in 1972 to Wien, Austria, it certainly looks different today.
