Missing vacuum line...help

There is a missing vacuum line in my engine bay, and the car has an erratic idle, which i assume is related. I can't figure out where the other end of this line goes. Attached is a photo of where the mystery line attaches near the intake. I thought maybe the line went to the ignition rotor, but I can't find anywhere on it to hook a line...

The car is a 1979 911 SC 3.0.

It attaches to the top of the warm up regulator right next to the electrical connection.
