try using marine 303 protectant, available at any good boat supply. It will make the plastic black and keep it as good as it can be. ArmorAll generally degrades it.

on a lot of 911s these days, that trim now feels like hard plastic.

but originally, it was more of a rubbery material, fairly soft and easy bendable.

you could restore it with various kinds of rubber/vinyl reconditioners. If it is really shot, you could clean it up really well and paint it with satin black vinyl spray paint.
