Alternator problem

Hi guys any idea what's going wrong...?

My 911 was running fine until the red light came up on the dash carried out a charge check 12.5v drops to 12.2v with the lights on ,Im assuming the alternator could be faulty so I took it off and got our local recon shop to have a look they told me all it needed was a set of brushes .So took it back reassembled still not charging my question is there seems to be no voltage coming off the blue / brown wires making me think this thing is still faulty ....any ideas

Garage
Check your ground.....I took mines off any nothing was wrong with it...I started replacing and cleaning all my ground and it fix my problem, I'm not saying that might be your problem but check the easiest stuff first...pull the multi meter out and start testing..
