Very nice work, I am still looking through the thread... Amazing ... !!!
I've a question, where you've got this cable from? Txs, Y. http://img502.imageshack.us/img502/5664/cablfire.jpg |
Hi
I leave in France so can found it in France or Uk with little delivery cost. Like here Master Cut Off Switches & Cables > Motorsport Essentials > Main Section > Matt Lewis Racing I'm sure you can found it easily in US , see with David at Tre Motorsport, it's a goos guy with lots of good products. Or here https://www.pegasusautoracing.com/productselection.asp?Product=2450 |
Very nice..., Just have a question, Why do you have 3 tail pipes, can you use just 2 on the back and cut one on the left? :-)
|
I have three pipes because based on the original muffler i want to have two sort of sound, one low for riding with wife and children, so the two back have cap . Second more ( very very more) soundness for riding with fellows and so no cap on the back. When it was finish i will make two vidéo with and without cap.
|
If I'm correctly informed, those mufflers were originally used on the 60's rally 911's, with the center outlets plugged for transport and only the side one plugged for the special stages. They sound glorious!
Oh, and terrific build! Loving it. |

Hope those rains and flood N.France are not affecting you...
|
Thanks 1-ev, no flood, and in the north of France we are used to heavy rains and as this is a very flat area we have less flooding in regions very hilly.
|
Tof ....
Love the color. Car is coming together. Looks amazing! |
Thanks for your support Bill
|
Love this thread and build. If possible and you get a chance could you post the specifications and take some close up images of the rear headers and exhaust with both the bumper off and then again when you put the rear bumper on?
I'm really interested to see the result as I am repainting mine soon and will be changing the rear headers and exhaust and front and rear bumpers for IROC style ones.. Thanks for any info Cheers Al |
No problem Al, when i catch it after the 8 july i make you all picture.

I expect good auntie come and get her to switch assembly. Meanwhile she was having fun with the sisters and cousins all more beautiful and sexy as each other ......
