Anyone konw if the above Fuchs are for a 911? Also, is there a difference for Fuchs for 911 and Fuchs for 944....offset maybe? |

Carlo:
The part number is for a 6x16 black centered fuchs wheel. The fuchs wheels for the 944 turbo were the same offset as the 911 wheels except for the 8x16 which has an offset of 23.3mm rather than 10.6mm for the 911. The difference in the 944 wheel is that the spokes are set to accomodate the larger caliper on the 944. Therefore, 944 wheels will fit on 911, but the reverse is not true for the 944 turbo.

Thanks for the info Marc. One more thing if you don't mind....what would the part numbers look like for a 944 Fuchs...are they a 911 ### part number as well?

Carlo:
944 part numbers generally start with 951 unless the part is from a 911 and used on the 944, then, of course, the part number would be 901 or 911.
