Cab vinyl window creases...even using a towel to protect it

Hi all,

Any way to avoid deforming the vinyl rear window when the top is down.

I do carefully fold the top canvas
I do put a microfiber cloth in the unzipped window
I do use the tonneau cover

Is this just the way it goes or am I doing it wrong?
