My wires have tie wraps zipped around each wire and then they're all three bundled together. No arcing i've experienced yet. ![]() You can barely see the blue zip ties at the bottom right of the picture.

Nice looking motor KTL. 304065-I checked that part number and those are indeed separators, but it looks like the ones it the pic I posted are not the same, but are attached to the fan housing, or does it only look this way?
