![]() Area cleaned up with a flapper wheel. ![]() ![]() To be on the safe side I also migged a few small tacks where the panel meets the roof. Next I'll use USC's All Metal filler followed by Rage Extreme. More to come in the future. Deleting your sunroof seems daunting but it is much more doable after you've cleared all the old sunroof mechanism. Cheers

Mind sharing the cost of the sunroof plate shipped from England? It looks like it could be bonded to the steel using 3M panel glue also.

Gary the cost was $150 pounds. Yes, one could definitley bond the panel in.
