83 911sc Questions?

Need some help please from those who know considerably more the I..

I have an 83 911sc and need some help identifying options from the label in the front trunk.

1. It shows 911/340. From Streather "911sc Essential Companion" This indicates "coupe Californian. The vin and engine numbers are 83. vin is USA/Japan. Option code C02 would indicate rest of USA (not California) so all checks out. What does "Californian" stand for?

2.One of the options is 900 "tourist delivery" according to Streather. Would this mean it was delivered to 1st owner at factory?

Thanks for your wisdom in advance. It is Guards Red and very original.

Im chiming in with little knowledge of the nuances.
Things I have run into before that might be Cali differences, the pod on the distributor vacuuming further retard then needed for emissions on the 49 other states.
