Window help needed!!
I am in the process of adjusting the passenger window on my 3.2 Cabriolet, and there is about 3/8" fore/aft play in the window, but I can't figure out how to adjust this out.
I don't see any adjustment on the rear window track itself (not a frame, due to this being Cabriolet...) I was going to try to insert washers between the track and the inside of the door at the door jam, but those hex nuts are quite short, leading me to believe this may not be the way to adjust this rear window track forward (at both top and bottom). Do I need to adjust the window backward to fit into the rear track/channel first, and then adjust the 1/4 window backwards to tighten the play? Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi Jim, I actually have the manuals already, but they didn't go into 'how' to adjust the back window channel... I can't seem to where the adjustment point is, other than removing it completely and adding washers between the rail and the door jam (inside the door).
The other potential is that the little plastic guide that goes into the rail is worn down, but that seems like a ton of wear for a car with 67k mis. In the manual, the adjustment points are points 5 and 6 in case you have any thoughts....
