3.2 fpr
Does the 3.2 engine have one fuel pressure regulator or one per fuel rail? - lead to believe that it may have one/rail - if so, why?

One pressure regulator and one pressure damper. Common feed tees to both rails.

I have to agree it is a Biotch even with the engine out. the torque on the large nut is pretty high. You have to worry about not bending the assembly
