Joe: Doesn't ES-12 give you some sort of conversion? I'd imagine that if they did, all you'd have to do is "tweak" the amount a bit after the initial charge.

Found it on the page you sent me to. How efficient is ENVIRO-SAFE
"For those who install by weight, the equivalency ratios are: .33 lb. of ENVIRO-SAFE ES-12a is equivalent to 1 lb. of R-12" The 911 came from the factory with about 4 pounds of R-12, so my guy is spot on with 1.5 pounds of ES-12.
