anybody having random wiper problems
Wipers are coming on when you turn on the headlights. So I took out the wiper switch and cleaned inside with some electrical cleaning part spray no difference.
Went back inside switch and adjusted the feelers and got it to stop the random wiper issue. But they do not return and the intermittent wipers don't work either. So thats the trade off for now but would like some help in solving this issue. One more thing I did replace the unit (out of another car) inside the trunk on the fire wall its a plug in I believe relay for the intermittent wipers. Thanks Barclay _________________ 1981SC Coupe |

try this:
apply the tiniest bit of lift to the wiper switch arm (opposite the blinker) they might work then... I found mine would stop sometimes in "odd places" and that fixed it...I put a rubber band around it for about a week then said i will fix this gheto thing...and its never done it again??? may help
