Question 3.6 cyl's on 3.0 case???

Hi guys,I posted a question a couple weeks back about 3.3 cans, same stroke as 3.0.I just came across some mahle 3.6 cyl's,same bore as 3.3,100mm.Can I used these with custom pistons without any machining?I know it's the middle of the summer but I'm thinking about winter projects and displacement increase sounds like a good one.The 3.2 upgrade is well documented but those set's seem very expensive.Anyhow thanks in advance and let me know about your cars!!!!! Thanks, Philip Hank Pallante.....

No, the stud spacing was moved outward from the bore center. Interestingly the bore center distances are the same for 2 - 3.8 liter.
