930 turbo termo sensors question
HI, 930 engine has 3 temp sensors. no.1 (with 2 contacts) & no.3 in the left and right timing chain covers and no.2 near oil pressure sensor. Could you tell me what are the purposes of each sensor, couse I am going for efi conversion, and do not know where I should fit oil temp sensor. Does anybody know will the normal water temperature sensor do the job, or oil temperature is too high for it?

#1&3 are timing chain temp sensors, you won't need with aftermarket EFI but dont toss them as they're $119.00 each!! #2 there are two sensors there - the small one is the oil temperature switch and the bigger one is the oil pressure sender.
