Intermitted braking problem

Hi there,
I am bleeding my Ford laser 1300 brake system.
Master brake cylinder seals renewed,Front disc pads renewed,as well as rear shoes. After bleeding the system brakes are fine ,but when driving and applying brakes serveral times ,suddenly the pedal will go down when applying brakes,if you give it 1 or two pumps the system is back again. Please help.

Thanks Piet

What the heck is a Ford laser 1300?!! You realize this a forum for Porsche, right?

Whatver it is, it sounds to me like your brake master cylinder is bad.
