looking for spring rate height for 993SS cam
I need spring rate height for 993ss cam. I'm having my cams regrind to 993 ss by John Dougherty. He is EXTREMLY hard to get ahold of and my machinist needs this info NOW If you are reading this John I need this info and I need to get my cams and rockers back NOW.

The intalled height of the spring under the retainer and off of the seat (does not include the thickness of these two items) is int 36.7 exh 35.7 for the M64/20 engine.

New cams have .490" intake and .455" exhaust valve lift. Make sure there is a minimum of 1mm between the seal and valve spring retainer at full valve lift. --http://www.drcamshafts.com |
