Looks like a Cibie Biode. Worth a few bucks but I will let the experts chime in.

Snooped around and found out - used pair in Europe about $600.00 CDN. Apparently they are becoming very rare!

You want to make sure you have the 7 inch version. They are rare and expensive but super cool. See this very informative thread:

Most folks don't notice headlights but I certainly do. I was lucky to find a nice pair and it really gives a car some serious vintage panache.
