Help decoding chassis number?
Hi,
I'm looking at an online auction for what is quoted as a 912. It states that the Chassis number is 453061. I tried looking this up, but couldn't find it? Can someone help me please? The car has obviously been modified after its build, I'm just trying to work out what the car is and if I should rescue it? (Not that I need more on my plate, but feel a civil duty)... Thanks in advance.

From The Porsche Family Tree, it' a 912 Karmann Coupe (450001-454470).
The original engine were 832091-836000
