Anyone ever make an older, non-power assisted 911 brake system, power assisted? I have heard about this conversion but that it entails a bunch of work. Any tips would be appreciated. How would you add a booster?

I've thought about it myself. Here's a web site with a little bit of information on it:

I had a 72E non boosted and now have an '86 with power assisted brakes. I think the non boosted has a better feel for actual braking.

The main reason to go to power brakes is to allow the use of a large m/c with the later large Brembo calipers. There is a 20.5 mm and 23.3mm nonboosted m/c available in addition to the stock 19.05 mm non-boosted cylinder.
The 23.3 in particular requires a lot of leg. The 23/brembo nonboosted is what I have in my car, at 6'1" 210lbs running 20mi week or riding my bike ~200mi a weak(weather permitting) it is at the limit of what is accepable.
