Cluth Pedal Return Height Adjustment.
As per the pics, the clutch pedal return height is about 2" below the brake petal.
The pedal can be moved by hand to the correct height. Before I play "Fingerpoken", where is the return height adjustment. Thanks all in advance. Gerry ![]() ![]()

Hi

I'm thinkin' your cable adjustment underneath the car is out of spec.

You will need to get under the car and adjust to spec. the correct untensioned, then tensioned (by cable) state of the cable arm and actuating lever this arm works against. Not particulary hard, just some feeler gauges and open wrench.
John Walker had my car and did not like the pedal adjustment height, so he reset it to a better position via this procedure. Critical is to make sure the (is it?) two thousandths is set, then play with the overall cable position to set the pedal where you want it. Lots in the archive, plus technical articles, to get you started.
