Question front relay sockets.

has anyone replaced any of the relay sockets individually? they just pop out of the sheet metal monting plate, but can you re-wire them
or take them apart to attach new leads? is there a picture out there of one disassembled? these are the rubber "sockets"
for the five relays in the left front of the 911 that hold the round five pin relays.
thanks keith

You can replace the socket with a new or used socket. You can not rewire a bad socket. Pelican parts sells the new socket.

Hello

The rubberends are mold injectet onto the cablesets.

Very hard to fix but not impossibel.

Just delicate and time consuming

There are different connector types around.

Porsche has repair cable/connector ends and spare relay holders.

Grüsse
