Car Won"t Start Need Advise Please.

Car turns, but won't start. Checked the most logical place, the fuel pump fuse, no problem there, I don't hear any noise coming from the fuel pump when I turn ignition on. I've already heard that it might be either the fuel pump, something about a relay under the drivers seat or, the DME module. The question is what is the best way of troubleshooting this problem (using the cheapest option first method). Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!

Gil

You wrote DME, so swap the DME relay under the seat. all 3.2's should carry a spare.
