Post 930 vs 996 off the line?

Finally ran into a 996 owner who felt the urge to put the smack down on me. That's fine...my car has been running really strong lately despite the tapping (which could be exhaust I guess), but it was hopeless.
One of you 930 owners ought to catch a 996 at a light and make him your b!tch. I'd really appreciate it, thanks.

A completely stock 930 would have a bit of trouble with a 996 off the line. However, my car is not stock. I'll make note of your request. With 340 HP (a modest figure compared to many other 930 owners around here), I'll spank a 996. I can't wait till I get my new motor. Then 996 turbos won't stand a chance.

Ofcourse at the track. Oddly enough, last time I was there (July 26, SCCA street school at Thunderhill, running in group C I might add after only 3 times to the track), the two 996 turbos there weren't running very quickly. The first one was a student car and running in group B. Inexperience is an excuse. However, the other car was an instructor. I guess he didn't want to risk anything, but come on, he looked like he was on a Sunday drive.
