wet willy, know what's up with that?

you may have heard earlier this week that a nba player gave an opponent a wet willy during an on court time out. wet willies are as old as the hills in these parts, but i have heard sports talking heads on radio & espn state they've never heard of such a thing... most being east coast sorts as i recall.

how far has the old school yard prank of wetting finger in mouth and inserting into victims ear traveled?? i know being out west im a bit sheltered, who can forget the porch i built... but a wet willy, dealt and received too many to count.. does it stop at the rockies or something?
