Question Looking for input on fixed back seats.

Need some feedback from people that have fixed back seats. What brand is comfortable for not alot of $$(looking for a price tag below $400). The car is a street car. Want a seat that offers good support, but I can get in and out of without the jaws of life.
Any thoughts?

Are you going to track it? If your're not, i wouldn't go with a fixed back seat. The rear seat area becomes a black hole, that you can't get to anything with them. I would suggest something like the recaro SRD, Sparco Torino, or corbeau carrera. The corbeau's are the least expensive, and are pretty nice. But it cost $175 for the seat adapters.

I'm going with the Recaro SRD's. No adapter's required, good support, and you still have acess to the back seat area. About $1200 for a pair.

At first I thought you meant fixed "back" seats, as in I want to put seats in to use as back seats. I though that is a crazy idea.

Anyways, go to a shop actually and sit in them. They are definately more difficult to get in and out of. And with my fat @ss (actually prefer to think I am wide hipped) it was difficult to find a seat that was comfortable. I went through this before I choice to go with hte Monaco RS seat. Not fixed back, but lots of bolster, good support and IMO a good looking dual purpose seat.
