Hi Kenhep that is a very nice interior. Funny thing is that I have just bought a very similar car. It is also granite green 3.2 but with a black interior. Mine is a 1988 which has 138000km on the clock. I love the colour but I must say your interior is very special. I am also new to this forum and find it very informative. Will post pic as soon as I figure out how.

Ken; sweet car. With regards to suspension, I too did the Bilstein HD front, sport rear and it is a very good set up. Have heard good things about Steve Wong chip. You may want to consider porting/polishing the intake manifolds and opening up the exhaust to get better flow through the entire system.

I did the intakes and found that the engine came to life around 3200 rpm rather than 4000 and making the exhaust less restrictive helped the whole package.

Enjoy.

Kenhep, welcome to the Granite Green Metallic club! The car looks terrific. From what I know, that color was only offered in 1987 (color code #699). Best of luck.

I love the color...somewhat unusual while remaining 'understated'...

As KOH said, "Welcome to the '699' club."

Lovely car. Love the 15" Fuchs. Just get the HD's. Unless you want to spend more, in that case get some Von Shocks.

Its rare to get this large of a welcome response--and I think that it is a testament to great photos of a great looking car. I think that other ops have said it well, beautiful colors inside and out on one of THE most desirable variants of the 911 ever built.

Do your best on the suspension, SW chip definitely. I don't know if you have all the service records or not but you might consider just replacing all the fluids just to build a foundation for the future. This car will go forever if maintained properly. I neglected changing my gearbox oil for a while thinking it shifted fine---wow, what an improvement that made!

Good luck and have fun with this wonderful machine.
