Does anyone know the size of the chain tensioner alu bushing?
Hi,
I'm installing hydraulic chain tensoners, but I am missing the little spacer that usually come with the kit. Could anyone please provide the dimensions, so I can have it made new? Thanks, Johan

Just to clarify, the spacer between the tensioner and the idler arm.

Fixed it, for future reference the size is 10 mm thick, ID 15.2 mm, OD ~27 mm.
Regards, Johan

Get some wide idler arms and you won't need the spacer. The problem you're trying to solve is chain tensioner failure and the complete solution involves wide idler arms.
