Flip Key
Any way to convert the key from an 1989 911 into a flip key to make easier to carry? I realize no way to make remote door lock/unlock or activate the alarm/horn, but just curious if anyone has tried. Tired of tears in my pockets....

the metal part of my keys only extends slightly past where the plastic cap comes down to
so it would be difficult to do - maybe later keys differ |

Some 993 folks switch their switchblade type remote to the earlier style with no problems, so I would imagine it would be fairly easy to do the reverse if one were so inclined: Convert your switchblade key
