Installed Engine - No Spark? ('83 SC)

Just installed my engine after most of the Winter on an engine stand and it will not start. Concluded this morning that I am not getting a spark. What are the most logical things to check to make sure I got it all wired and connected correctly. Nothing would be too obvious!

Come on you guys that have lived this before - give me your checklist!

CDI master plug

Looking at the CDI master plug from the top, check to see if you are getting +12v on the left rear term and switched +12v on the middle rear term. If you are looking at the top of the plug, the rear side has a little ear on each side. The front of the plug is beveled. Also, check the fuses to make certain that you are getting power to the fuel pump (fuse #16 from front of car).

The connection to the CDI had come loose. Once I connected it it fired right up. The new SSI's and M&K muffler sounds sweet!!

Thanks for your help!
