Any host sourced e-brake cable problems?
Hi all,
I went to install my newly restored e-brake and heater boxes today and everything fit fine except the e-brake cables. The tube coming out of the car is roughly 14mm and the fitting that's presumably supposed to slide over the tube is roughly 13mm. Anyone else have this trouble? I measured both tubes and both cables and came up with the same measurements. Needless to say, this ain't gonna cut the mustard. I thought about filling down the tube on the car side but that would be very difficult and leave very little material left. Thoughts? Ideas?
