Special thanks to Draco..

I was in town a couple of weeks ago and he was able to help me fix/adjust, among other things, with relative ease:
-3rd brake light
-seat belts
-full throttle
-steering wheel squeakiness
-headlights

.. appreciate all the help Jim - hopefully I'll get situated in the area!

Jim,

I was planning to take delivery of my son's '87 Carrera last May but suffered a torn meniscus in my left knee and undergone knee surgery. The trip was cancelled and scheduled in the fall (mid-September) to give time for my left knee to heal. I like to swing by and meet you in person. And you also could perform some maintenance work on the car too while I wait for it? I'm leaving on Monday for a month long vacation to Sydney, Australia and have no time to do necessary maintenance work. After my return, I have only a couple weeks left before I take the cross country drive from Philadelphia to Carmel. The trip is calculated at 3,600 miles including some sight-seeing detour in the mid-west. So a change-oil is indeed timely. Could you get me 1 case of Brad Penn 20W/50 and a new filter. I'll pay you later.

Or you'll be out-of-town when I pass by your area. Please advise.

Tony
