At least some pictures

To match the electric system has been a struggle. So the last month has been about minor details, nothing exciting really. Waiting for the last of the electrical to get done so that we get some sparks going. We cannot wait to get her running.....

Some pictures while you are waiting.http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1362496807.jpg

Just curious....where did you get the rubber seal that goes around the engine compartment
(engine lid seal)?
Can't seem to find it on any of the Porsche parts diagrams.

Hi! It's not original but I found one that works. Should have been there from the start I think. I'll try to take a close up detail photo for you.

What safety belts are those?

Standard newer ones but I could keep the original locks between the seats

Finally finished!

Finished and shakedown done! It has proven better than I dared to imagine. Balance, sound and looks IMO. Extremely nice to drive, quiet at normal pace and sounding like a 70´s rally car when pushing the throttle a little harder. Response from the Webers is immediate.http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1394561327.jpg

That is sweet, but you need a grill for the front air dam. :)

Jonny042 03-11-2014 10:51 AM
