HELP - how do you remove these mounting studs?

I tried a double nut and a razor under the snubber.
I want to keep them intact so I can easily convert back to blown heat in the winter.
thanks
Bill K

R&r

Grab the lower metal flange with a channel lock type plier and it will come loose, working through the rubber will usually rip it in half.
