SC pulling to the right.....

Old Pagid pads started to wear out on the SC, started to pull to the right.
Pads replaced, new braided steel brake lines to replace the 20 year old
ones, BOTH calipers rebuilt by my local shop....the SC ones need a little
tool for centering the pistons and he gave me a nice deal....

PROBLEM:

Still pulls to the right at about 10-15 mph and the right front locks up.
The pull can be controlled by a firm hand on the steering wheel, but there
is a noticeable pull to the right if hands are loose on the steering
wheel......

Any suggestions?

Thank God it's not to the left, then I would be a NASCAR racer....
