Wink Not sure what to think about this.

Someone actually special ordered this from the factory. Whew, that's a lot of blue!

OH MY GOD
I don't know what to say. I KNOW people in stuttgart were giggling when they put that in there. Must have been a Texas oil rich dweeboid in the 70s or 80s

I would LOVE to blame it on the 70s and 80s too but look at the gauges, mirrors, and steering wheel!! That is a later car! I bet the owner has a mullet (and a lot of money too )

Is that the smurf mobile. Or just something from Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory.

Pic is from a 95 993 Cab... here's a snippet of the copy,
"originally
ordered by an heir to the Bacardi fortune... over $26,900 in options...".

I guess that answers that question. Apparently the "heir" went on a taste testing spree before making the color choices.

Sorry Brian

The sad part is the owner is colour blind and thought he was buying a lime green interior

I have been haunted by that colour and car since I read this post. I bet the owner doesn't need to lock it.

I consider that car a criminal offence. There is a special place in hell for the man who ordered it and the men who carried out the order.

I have been trying to think of something worse on a 911 and I have failed. The only thing I could come up with was shiny pink plastic.

I used to have a car with brown and cream pasha upholstery (the porsche checkerboard pattern), on a gunmetal grey car, that I hated and never got around to ripping out, but I eventually got used to it, (apologies to anyone who has it and likes it). This THING is on completely different level of awful.

What is the worst 911 interior everyone has seen or can immagine?

I've seen worse. I believe the last 928 was avocado green and purple? Not sure if it was the last, but I know I saw it in Motor Trend years ago.

I also have seen (in Motor Trend as well) a fuscia/magenta colored 964 America roadster. Picture a speedster 964 with magenta paint and magenta wheels to match. Now that's one UGLY car. I'm ashamed to say it, but I really don't mind the powder blue 993. Interior is silly, but the exterior is kinda sharp.

"Well... It looked like a pretty color on the 2"x3" sample the dealer showed me. I guess three acres is a bit much, but I think
I'll get used to it."

There have been worse offenses commited on retinas by various sports and entertainment figures with 7-8 digit incomes and minimal working brain cells!!

Of course, my personal favorite was an audacious fake AMG purchased from a shady operator in FL that 'took' quite a few athletes to the cleaners at $100K+ per pop ... in the case of my well-preserved Kodachromes, the running back's name was Mike Rosier (Houston Oilers) and the funny thing was that it came with cheap Gotti wheels (instead of $8K worth of AMG wheels) and painted window trim that peeled after about three weeks in the West Texas sun at training camp!

This is a genuine 964RS/L for sale in Germany - I think this was a relatively common colour (it was the early 90s...)

The seats are Recaro fixed back buckets (like Jack's new seats) in an interesting collage of black, magenta and a kind of pink and a grey.

I'd have it - I'd prefer another colour, but I'd still take a 964RS

Porsche Crest

Stray ... REALLY??? That would make it even more unique than one of those so-called 'Art' cars! That would be pretty weird to go up to a fender and find it covered in BLUE LEATHER!

Almost makes you think the Bacardi heir was a fan of Richard Petty, though! Sure looks awful close to the Chrysler 'Corporate Blue' that became available on Dodges and Plymouths for the 1970 model year! Looked a LOT BETTER on a SuperBird, though! And, quicker to 155 mph, too, with a 426 Hemi under the hood ... for just under $7k!!!
