How do you install an SC front valence?

Thanks in advance for any help received. There is a volume of information regarding rubber lip spoiler installation both on line and in books....can't find anything that describes valence installation! There 8 mounting points: 2 on each side mounting the valence to the metal shroud behind the rubber accordian, 1 on each side mounting a metal tab on the valence to the front bumber and finally 2 bolts that thread through tabs on the front of the valence into threaded mounting points in the front trunk. Any help from someone that has done this installation would be appreciated. My thought process was to start from the sides and work towards the 2 in the middle, having done that, I see no way to start the 2 bolts in the middle..... Thanks
Marvin

On my '79 there are clip-on nuts that go onto the valence and then screws that you put in from the trunk side into the valence.

Yep, I hang the valance from the two screws inside the trunk first, loosely.

Next work on each side, and finally snug everything up.
