Wheel Bearings need to be regularly serviced, they tend to get loose and cause vibration no matter how many times you balance you tires.

The other culprit is a rounded out strut housing at the strut cap, if it was worked on and not properly torqued down, over time the the strut insert will wobble and widen the housing lip and damage it to the point that it will round it out, then you have to resort to some shims I posted or buy new strut/spindle.

Raise the car and hold the wheel at 2 and 7 and see if there is slop.

I would recommend the Zimmerman coated rotors for OEM specs.

the strut housing at the strut cap check the nut and is very whell torque with stabilizer bar
about the bearings, the dont make any noise, I thisnk they are ok I just need to check them
and hold the wheel at 2 and 7 and see if there is slop but the wheels move well not noise ans is very drys no leaks or slop... but why is over 60mph this vibration? less than that is run like a baby. I need to verify brake disk but I dont have move on the beark pedal in any moment...

How old are the tires? Have you tried another tire shop, maybe a custom tire shop sometimes the chains do not calibrate the balancers all the time.

In fact try to see how bad the wheels are by seeing if they wobble..

Strange enough check the rears as well. They can contribute to vibration as well. Heck even the CV joints.

I had severe wobble coming from my bad CV joints and it felt like the front. Swapped and no more vibrations. This is an extreme case.

I say still re-check those bearings.

To test the struts, hold at the cap of the housing and then top of the strut and wiggle back and forth.

its the tires, most likely. i chased down a vibration in the front for 1 year- it nearly killed me. i never suspected the tires, they had a lot of meat left. as a last resort i bought a new set and just like that, no vibration.

You can have untrue wheels or tires that are out of round

Lift the front up and spin the wheels and see what isnt spinning true

I've chased a similar problem with my car for the last couple of weeks. I had a slight vibration in the steering wheel at speed, 75~80 not severe but certainly present. I also noticed the outside left edge on the left side tires was a hair feathered compared to the right side.

I had not aligned my car since I got it and took the opportunity to do that and worked with the shop to set it up for a more lively feel since my primary use of the car is for autocross. I also adjusted the front wheel bearings.

The more aggressive alignment had a magnification effect on the vibration though, and immediately after my test drive I had the front wheels road force balanced. This took out 80% of the vibration I was feeling, but there's still a hint there so I know it's tire related.

The guy at the alignment shop suggested I swap the left and right tires as sometimes this will get rid of the vibration. I haven't tried that and may just wind up living with it until my next set of tires since I'd have to plunk down another forty bucks for that experiment once again mounting and balancing the front tires just chasing the last little bit of vibration.

It can also be that the wheels are not 100% centered. With current day cars the wheels are centered on the hub and not so much with the bolts. I had the same problem with my 911 sc. I added a spacer which was off by a hair, making the wheel slightly off center. So even with balanced wheels and the whole front suspension renewed I had some vibrations at the steering wheel. The new bushings and turbo tie rods make that you feel everything. Better spacers solved the problem.
