steering column bracket

Doing a ground up resto on my 79 911, & I want to get the steering shaft support bracket off the dash.
WTF are the fasteners that hold the bracket to the dash? Looks like a round nut on both sides

Thanks for your help

Yes they are shear bolts. Drill them out and replace w new. Just a bolt that the head snaps off at a given torque. There is a thread here about how to get the steering wheel shaft out without removing the column. I'll see if I can dig it up.
