Have you looked at the Performance Oriented site? No video but great information. I believe the proprietor, Paul Abbott, is a member here and has helped many.

Jass, I don't know of a video, but there is decent reference info out there. The link above is a Pelican article with the basics outlined. Paul at Performance Oriented is an expert and his website is filled with good info. Also, Wayne Dempsey's "101 projects for your Porsche 911" book includes sections for carb rebuild and tuning. regards, al
