Wiper and turn signal questions.

Looking for some help. My 67 has 2 issues I need to clear up.

1. After 5 to 10 minutes of use my windshield wiper doesn't want to turn off.

2. When I turn to the right the turn signal switch doesn't want to stay put. Springs?

Any help will be appreciated, Chris Pomares
