Guage swapping?
Hello,
As some may know my '75 was totalled. I have since acquired an '84 Carrera. Question is can I trade the '75 oil pressure/temp guage and swap sending units as well without any magic issues. Do I need to swap the temp sender as well? Does the fuel guage need the mating sender? Thanks Eric

i asked the same question 2 weeks ago - seartch for that thread
short answer - (based on my engines) the older 2.7 engine had a 10-bar sender & gage - the Carrera has a 5-bar so swap both parts also the 3.2 has separate psi & light senders or - get a combo sender from Patrick MS (on eBay with correct adaptor) - .
