2.7 engine noise

I have a odd engine sound that hopefully someone is familiar with. The engine has the late tensioners fitted so Id possibly rule tensioners out.

For some reason the link you provided does not connect with youtube - says the address was misunderstood. So I loaded in the title and I think this is the correct link.

When was the tensioner update performed? The noise does not sound deep and it sounds like a chain slipping. Kinda-sorta.????

When you say "late tensioners", do you mean presssure fed tensioners?
