OEM part list for 1986 911? (toolkit and stereo)
I've searched high and low on the web and in this forum, but haven't had any luck so I hope you can help.
My dad recently repainted his 1986 Porsche 911, which he will be selling. I've helped him restore the parts that needed it (very few). But now there are 2 things I can't find/determine. Did the car come with a toolkit in a black leather fold-up case? (for changing tires) Did it come with some kind of pump? (for tires?) And what was the OEM radio make and model? Is there an accessory or parts list available somewhere? (particularly if I provide a VIN) I want to provide them with the car if they were stock. Any suggestions on where to find the toolkit / pump if those were OEM? |

Yes, it had a complete complement of tools in a vinyl bag. It also had an air pump. The radio was most likely a Blaupunkt Monterey. I would suggest buying these things used, in the Pelican classifieds. Try to find tools from that era. Earlier tools may not have everything needed for an '86.

Look for tool kit next to jack. Hey, you never know.
