645 seems to be a special color for which we have no info.
What does it look like?
I'd like to know the VIN for my database

I sent my number (436-9-3) to Dr. Colorchip and they matched it exactly for me. You could try them, they were pretty helpful/knowledgeable.

The 9 indicates the factory paint line (we are not certain where 8 was)
3 indicates Herbert's paint

I was going thru the forum and saw your request... my wife was busy but we had to go out so to kill some time I googled your code and then went deeper with the year and came across a site. I saw your code with 1978+ . When you updated the forum you were looking for grey I looked into that site again... Unique Cars And Parts - The Ultimate Classic Car Resource
